POLICIES
We do not guarantee site numbers unless you have paid to lock your site in and we only currently offer this on campsites. If you are with a group and you are the only one who has locked a site in and the rest of the group has not, we can not guarantee that you will stay together. Only those who have locked their site in will be guaranteed that site.
You may check into camp sites at 3:00 pm and cabin rentals at 4:00pm. Check out for cabins and campsites is 11:00 am. There are fees associated with early and late check-outs!
There is a $15 processing fee…period! You are able to cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival and receive your money back with the exception of the $15 processing fee. Anytime after that 30 days, your reservation will not be able to be refunded.
